Filipino-style Instant Pot Ham

Ham is a go-to for a lot of families who celebrate Easter. Here is my take on the Easter staple, which incorporates a little bit of Filipino flare by using 7UP (trust me, it works) and soy sauce. The flavours are perfectly sweet and salty and requires only a few steps to put together. The best part? It takes less than an hour to cook in an Instant Pot or pressure cooker.
